Strange Attractor - Ten Simple Rules

1. Galleries should contain a minimum of ten pictures or four movies which are directly linked - ie not a link to a sub-page with the image or movie embedded.
2. No Blind Links
3. Galleries should contain some relevant text content that is longer than 100 words.
4. No Pop-Ups or exit consoles or such on the gallery page linked to.
   We do not seek to control what your sponsors do.
5. No more than three advertising banners per page.
6. Before you post have ready:
   • A URL to a hotlinkable jpg image sized 120 wide x 160 deep. You can give us a bigger image but it will be stretched to fit this size.
   • A 16 character max link text - this is used as a text link on text links view.
   • A 160 Char max description of the gallery - this is your sales pitch.
   • The URL for your gallery or other acceptable site type!
7. Gallery should have an H4 text reciprocal linked to http://strange-attractor.kwikfire.com, our preferred link is:

8. Gallery should have no broken links. We scan regularly for them and after a warning email galleries will be unlinked from our site.
9. Sites other than galleries may be listed. These sites must have a strongly sexual theme, must not be pay to enter and must contain content in both text and images. A link to a page of links or a page of icons is not acceptable. In this case your sales pitch should say what the site is! Examples of acceptable sites would be Blogs, Escort Agencies, Adult Dating, Sex Toy Sales, Adult Video etc.
10. If your page does not fit into our categories please email and suggest a new category AFTER you have added your link. If we like it we will add it and change your link codes.

More About Strange Attractor

Across the whole site (except the Junkyard!) we provide pages that switch back and forth from gallery content to links table content. If you are worried about the effect of giving us a hotlinkable icon on bandwidth from your site then you have several options. You can use an externally linkable free photo host (loads of em on Google) and you can run the image through an optimiser such as the excellent and free 'ignite' from http://www.ignite-it.co.uk/ and reduce its size by a factor of 2-4.

In gallery context your 160 character sales pitch is displayed next to your Icon and helps to bring visitors to your gallery. Our pages are updated on a regular schedule and easily indexed by search engines as a result. This means that your text helps to boost the relevance of the page and thus also the importance of your link.

You are welcome to submit sites which have 'old' content so long as you follow the rules. We recognise that surfers have preferences and we arrange our links using a scoring system which takes this into account. A newly added page recieves a scoring boost which will take it near, or to the top of its categories for a period of 24 hours after which unless it recieves a lot of links it will slowly drop down the pile, finding its own level. If it recieves no clicks after a few months we will delete it and tell you.

The way the categories work is fairly simple. First you pick a main category under which to list (note that solo girls should be posted under hetero unless they are Ethnic, Fetish or happen to be Escorts!). Under this category there are also sub-categories in which you can place the same link. In other words your link appears twice on our pages. For example lets say you have a gallery showing an African girl in bondage you could look at this several different ways. Your main category could be either Fetish or Ethnic depending on what sort of surfer you are after. Lets say you decide on fetish. Then you can have Bondage and Ebony as subcategorys. So your link will appear in both Fetish-Bondage and Fetish-Ebony categories.
